Do you find yourself doing the same thing over and over but feeling powerless to stop it. Do you 'know' what the problem is but feel unable to fix it?  Do you feel stuck and unable to effect the change you desire?

You may experience states of anxiety, stress, depression; you may be having difficulties in relationships, or feel a disconnection with yourself or others.  Life brings challenges that can be rewarding, frustrating, devastating sometimes and how we manage all of these – or don’t – is a big part of life. This is where therapy can be invaluable. Therapy provides an opportunity to move beyond patterns and beliefs that get in the way of real change.

I am an experienced therapist who can help you with strategies to address and manage whatever difficulty you face but also believe it is important to work on the underlying issues in order to bring about something new and more positive.

I have worked with clients on a broad range of issues, both privately and in the NHS. I also worked at a bereavement counselling service and specialise in eating disorders.
