I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting and BWRT. My background is medical, having worked in psychiatry for just over 12 years. My passion to help others and a need for flexibility in my personal life have led to me training in the above therapies. I really enjoy my work currently, I work mostly online which has a lot of advantages for my clients as well as for myself. My sessions start with a thorough assessment of client`s needs and we then subsequently agree together on a plan for the work we are going to complete. I work at client`s pace and my priority is to empower my clients on their own path of self discovery and self development. This is a fascinating journey which can have ups and downs and I feel privileged to be able to support my clients on this journey. I focus a lot on communication as I strongly believe that communication is key during this process as any experience can have a deeper meaning. I strive to provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable to explore their difficulties. If you find yourself overwhelmed by anxiety, experiencing brain fog, confusion, insomnia, difficulties in work and personal relationships, fear of authority, low self esteem, confidence, imposter syndrome. I would first like to reassure you that these issues are more common than you think and we can certainly work together in managing those issues.
