Alexandra Shore
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches. This allows me to find a way of working with you that is based on your own unique requirements.
In my counselling work, I offer a safe and containing space and aim to build an authentic relationship with you. Through exploring how we communicate together, I will encourage you to reflect on your emotional responses and how the feelings in your body might echo your emotions.
I hope to help you gain a greater understanding of how you connect with people and with the world around you. Above all, I aim to help you find a place of self-acceptance where you can be at peace with yourself. Whatever the reason you choose to come to therapy, I see it as an opportunity to explore what is troubling you without judgement, and to uncover resources you may not know you have.
I work in a responsive way and encourage you to see the work we do together as a joint endeavour. I welcome your feedback throughout.
