Integrative counsellorAbout Me
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, or that you're lacking a sense of purpose? Maybe a loss has left you feeling hopeless, confused and lonely? Is something holding you back from living the life you want to live? Do you question why you keep repeating the same patterns? My aim is to help you explore your feelings, thoughts and emotions and the affect they have on your behaviour and mood. I see the therapeutic process as a collaborative one, with the two of us working side-by-side to develop your inner resources , improve awareness of yourself and your relationships with others.
I have worked alongside clients who have experienced a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, abuse, trauma, bereavement and relationship problems. I offer short and long term counselling in a safe & confidential environment.
It can be daunting to reach out to someone you don't know to share your most private thoughts. Making the decision to come to therapy is not always an easy one and demonstrates a willingness and desire for change. In return, my commitment is to support and facilitate you on this journey to the best of my ability.
I am currently studying a 2 year Diploma in Integrative Psycho-sexual Therapy and am looking to work with clients with sexual and/or relationship issues.
I offer a free 15 minute initial phone consultation to discuss any concerns or questions.
