Dr Alexander Hektorsson
Integrative psychologistAbout Me
I provide a warm, confidential and safe environment which allows you to feel secure and comfortable to explore what is bothering you. In my work, I treat people's personal and psychological issues using effective therapeutic approaches. Such issues could be related to anxiety difficulties such as panic attacks or phobias; depression; anger issues; relationship and family difficulties and its negative effects such as challenging divorces, abuse, isolation or explotation; and trauma. These are only a few examples of areas that I work with. Additionally, I am aware that there are people who may struggle in their lives without really understanding what is wrong with them. I believe that if something is interfering with your life and not allowing you to grow and develop as everyone should, that needs to be addressed. I also believe that regardless of what is affecting you, I am committed to help you not only to reduce distressing symptoms but most importantly to identify and assimilate the source of your difficulties.
