Agne Kiznyte Psychosynthesis counsellor , SE1

Hello and welcome to my profile. Whatever reason has brought you here it is valid and deserving more attention. Often overwhelming emotions and situations might be difficult to express or make sense of on your own. Acceptant and non-judgemental counselling space can help explore what is going on for you and might feel reassuring.

As a counsellor I work with people from variety of backgrounds facing issues such as relationship and family problems, loss, illness, abuse, depression, guilt, sense of meaninglessness and many more.

My primary role is to support you through the process of sharing your difficulties. I work by helping you get more in touch with the emotional, intellectual and physical level of your experience. In such a way, you can increase the awareness of what is happening for you, identify what is holding you back, why and what you need in order to get closer to a more authentic expression of who you are.

During the initial contact we usually explore what brings you to therapy and what issues you would like to address. We further explore a bit about your life, your hopes from therapy and what your needs are. In such a way, we can both decide how long you would like to have sessions for and what you would like to achieve.
