As a therapist for over 18 years its been my job to help unpack and explore some very complicated and complex personal situations. Using a real & reparative approach in a safe setting, I work with clients to understand, change, resolve and help heal many of their internal conflicts. I work with narcissistic abuse syndrome, PTSD from emotional, physical, psychological and sexual abuse, neglect and abandonment addictions, eating disorders, alcoholism, stress in the work place, emotional and mental abuse, cultural difficulties, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, adults of childhood trauma and diagnosed mental health conditions. I work from a real and reparative standpoint with understanding, compassion and empathy. With the ability to understand, explore and work through conscious and subconscious belief systems, behavioural patterns, in order to reach desired hopes and goals.
