My role as a counsellor is being a companion on a person's journey of self-discovery in a calm environment and without judgement. I believe that by developing an increased awareness of self, leads to growth and a change in behaviour and outlook in the here and now.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, meaning that I draw upon a number of different approaches and models which are most suitable for each individual, I am not fixed to one mode of working.
Previous clients have seen me to seek help with anxiety, bereavement, cultural issues, depression, identity, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, relationship problems, self esteem, sexuality, sexual abuse, spirituality, stress, suicidal thoughts and work related issues.
