Adam Davidi
Integrative therapistAbout Me
Hello, my name is Adam. I am a qualified integrative counsellor. I offer counselling for adults for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationships and worries about work.
Starting, or restarting therapy, can feel like a daunting process.
I can offer you a warm, non-judgmental space where you can share what has brought you to therapy. People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Perhaps something specific has happened to you that you’d like to work through together. Or perhaps you’re experiencing a more general feeling of unease or dissatisfaction with life, unsure how to proceed.
At the heart of my practice is a focus on the relationship between myself and my client - I believe that we heal and grow through relationships. In our sessions we work collaboratively, together.
It's my aim to help you explore how you currently think and relate to the world, what's holding you back in life, and what might help you to live the life you would like to.

Fees
My fee is £70 per session.
If you are interested in starting therapy with me, the first step is for us to meet for an initial session together. You can do this by emailing or calling me. Our first session is a chance for us to explore how we might work together.
I endeavour to respond to enquires within 48 hours.
Training and qualifications
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I hold a Diploma in Counselling from The Minster Centre, a leading integrative counselling and psychotherapy training institute. I am currently completing an Advanced Diploma and MA in Psychotherapy.
I was drawn to training as an integrative counsellor as it recognises that we are all made up of various experiences and histories - and it offers different approaches for life’s difficulties. I am sensitive to how our ethnicity, gender, sexuality and class backgrounds shape our identity.
I have delivered therapy for the NHS and an adult service working with the LGBTQ+ community.
Prior to retraining as a counsellor, I worked for a number of media companies in events, journalism and publishing, giving me an understanding of the stresses and pressures of creative and commercial industries.
Alongside my training, for five years, I worked for Mind, researching and writing about mental health, ensuring that the information was shaped together with people with lived experience.
