About me

Big life events happen to all of us. And when they do, we’re often forced to see the gulf between who we’re trying to be and who we really are. I can work with you to find meaning and perhaps see these moments as opportunities; to help you make a change that feels long overdue. I’m curious to find out who you are, what’s getting in the way, and how we can work together to deepen your inner world. So whether you’ve experienced any of these common issues, therapy could help you… Stress Anger Anxiety Depression Addiction Bereavement Loss of identity Loss of job Loss of role as family member, parent or partner Loss of who you hoped to be Yes, I’m a fully trained therapist, registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) – although that doesn’t mean I’ve got everything sorted. Just like you, I’m on my own journey. I’ve encountered loss and grief in many forms, and continue to face day-to-day challenges in my own life. But in recent times I’ve found ways to lighten the burden of the human condition, ways to grow. It’s my deep wish to help you move towards this too. Together, we can help you find the courage to surmount whatever obstacle you’re facing in life.
