About me
My approach is humanistic, relational, and person-centred, meaning I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work. I believe that healing happens through connection, safety, and being truly heard and seen. Together, we'll create a space where you can bring your full self, without judgement or pressure to be anything other than who you are. I work collaboratively, which means we will explore at your pace and follow what feels important to you. Some clients come with something very specific they want to work on, others may feel lost or unsure but sense something needs to change. All of that is welcome. Depending on your needs, we may explore past experiences, emotional patterns, relationships, cultural or identity-based concerns, family dynamics, or current challenges. I draw from a range of modalities including humanistic and existential approaches, body-based awareness, and trauma-informed practice. I also integrate mindfulness, breathwork, CBT and psychoeducation when useful, tools that can help bring understanding and regulation alongside insight.
