About me

I have worked in a number of different workplaces as a counsellor. My first role was as a counsellor in a university. In that role I worked with students who were juggling with the pressures of studies, whilst trying to find out who they were as people. My next role was in a high school where I was a counsellor to students who were dealing with matters as bullying, and again, identity. I now work primarily as an online counsellor (phone or video sessions). I have lots of experience in collaborating with clients going through many experiences and challenges in life. My main ethos is mainly humanistic. This means that I will try to help you make sense out of exactly what you are going through at the moment within a safe therapeutic space. A space that is free of judgement. This will be at your pace, as it can involve looking at your life experiences, and us making sense out of them. However, I can also work with you on a level where we look at your experiences in the here and now...what they mean to you, and how we can change them for the better.
