About me

My journey to become a psychotherapist started in 2001, when I studied for 7 years, as I was passionate about becoming a multi skilled psychotherapist and I’ve never looked back. The work that I have done supporting my clients over the past 17 years has been so rewarding. My training has taken me in many different areas in the psychotherapy world, which means that I can work in many different areas; this entails working with Couples, Individuals, Families and Adolescents (4 yr olds - 18 yr olds) When working with couples this includes, relationship issues, separation, child conflict, and coparenting sessions. When working with families, this also involves separation, child conflict, step families, sibling difficulties, family trauma, and issues. I support my clients in helping them explore relationships in all paths life takes them. Whether it’s with family/friends/work place/work colleagues/ food/exercise etc…….as we all need to have a healthy relationship with ourselves, before we can have other healthy relationships.
