About me
I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and deep listening. I believe you are the expert in your own life and that healing happens when you are met with compassion and the freedom to go at your own pace. Therapy with me is a space to explore your emotions and to feel heard and work towards growth and healing. My role is to walk alongside you, providing support whist empowering you to develop new perspectives and coping strategies. I’ve worked closely with young people as well as individuals across all ages, both within the NHS and in charities. I support clients facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, low mood, sleep difficulties, grief and loss, low self-esteem, emotional regulation issues, and relationship struggles. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to reach out for help. Together, we will work collaboratively to better understand your experiences, gain clarity, and move toward a greater sense of calm, confidence, and connection. When you feel ready, I am here. Together, we can work toward the peace, strength, and resilience you deserve.
