About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or stuck in unhelpful emotional patterns? I am here to be able to help you. I offer a warm, supportive and solution-focused space to help you make sense of what’s going on and move forward. I a powerful, practical form of CBT – to help you identify the beliefs and habits that might be keeping you stuck, and guide you toward healthier, more balanced ways of thinking and coping. We’ll work together in a structured but compassionate way to address emotional challenges such as anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, depression, anger, guilt, shame, jealousy, OCD, phobias, social or performance anxiety, and relationship or work-related stress. My aim is to help you build clarity, resilience, and confidence in yourself – and to leave therapy with tools you can use long after our work is done. According to CBT/REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy) we are happiest when we establish a healthy outlook, life goals and purposes and actively strive to attain these and therefore help you cope with life’s challenges that we often have to work out. We can all face emotional problems at certain parts of our lives and reaching out to gain help is the best start to change. I believe everyone can benefit from having a safe space to think, feel, and grow. If you’re ready to take the first step, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if we’re a good fit. Please feel free to call or email – I’d be happy to talk. Sarah
