About me
Do you feel like you are not listened to or felt heard about your problems? I am here to provide you with a safe space where you can lighten the load of what is burdening you in a non-judgement and empathetic way. I believe you hold the key to your therapeutic journey as who knows themselves better than themselves. My goal is to support and empower you on your journey towards understanding, growth, and healing. With compassion and respect, I’ll help you explore your thoughts and emotions, leading you to greater self-understanding and improved wellbeing. Are you feeling that life doesn't seem to get any easier, trying to navigate through bereavement and loss, or you are stood at a crossroads in your life and don’t know which way to turn ? Are you overwhelmed, lonely with changes in your life? Maybe you are experiencing anxiety, low self -esteem, depression, shame or guilt and not sure who to ask for help? Would you like to manage and improve your personal or professional relationships? Are you having negative thoughts about yourself which is impacting your self-esteem or perhaps you feel worthless, distressed, stressed, angry or confused and not know the reason why? Being able to talk to someone who isn’t emotionally involved and impartial about what you are experiencing can help you to understand your internal feelings, help to explore the issues you are dealing with, provide the time to process what is happening in a safe and trusting space and ultimately support you to move forward in your life. It can feel very daunting to be alone and seek to know that you may need some support and help. I believe that when it comes to therapy each person’s experience is unique and therefore, I tailor it to the needs of each individual. Through a mix of intergrative therapeutic approaches, I use psychodynamic, person-centred and cognitive behaviour therapy to allow the process of self growth to start and I ensure you are always my priority in our safe space. Our therapeutic sessions are for you to explore and reflect at your own pace and provide your own autonomy in situations providing your own solutions. I work with adults experiencing a range of issues i.e. bereavement and grief, anxiety. depression, low self-esteem and confidence, guilt and shame, work-related issues, anger, isolation, stress and relationship problems.
