About me

Welcome—I'm William, a psychotherapist based in Central London, with deep experience supporting people through the many seasons and challenges of life. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting—and yes, it’s an investment. But it may also be one of the most meaningful and life-changing steps you take for yourself. You are worth care—especially if you’re feeling low, anxious, disconnected, and are unsure why. Maybe something painful has happened, or life just feels heavy and hard to navigate right now. I have a particular passion for working with: - Young adults struggling with low self-esteem or a sense of identity. - Adults navigating anxiety around work, relationships, or connection. - Older individuals processing loss, regret, or unresolved issues from the past. I care deeply about the work I do and the people I work with. One of the most powerful parts of therapy is seeing people grow into greater clarity, self-understanding, and peace. It can be a space to feel truly seen and heard—often for the first time in a long time. My approach is rooted in the belief that understanding the present often requires looking at the past. The people, experiences, and emotions that shaped us don’t just disappear—they echo through our lives, sometimes outside of our awareness. As we begin to make sense of those patterns, real and lasting change becomes possible—opening the door to a more grounded, hopeful, and authentic life. I hope you will message me today, so we can see how I can help you.
