About me

Hello Im Ainsley an accredited therapist, I have worked at a private school and secondary schools working with adolescents as well as adults in my private work. I have worked successfully with clients to move toward where they would like to be and process difficult emotions which can be both challenging and highly rewarding at the same time. I work with a focus on psychodynamic processes and will explore with you the areas that you would like to talk about. I will listen and seek to understand fully your world and how you see things. The therapy will at your own pace and will always be led by you and what you want to bring to each session. There is no set agenda or expectation from you as I will be here to support and facilitate change within you moving forwards. Each session may take a different focus to uncover things that were perviously difficult to talk about. In each session these will be gently worked through with the aim of untangling them to reduce psychological conflicts. Please reach out if you would like to know more or have any questions about how counselling works, I will be happy to help in any way. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be as accommodating as possible so please don't hesitate to reach out. Ainsley.
