About me

We live in a world that is always telling us to improve, to be better and to “make something of ourselves”. This can make it really difficult to understand what might actually be going on for us. If we feel like something isn't quite right it can be difficult to know where to begin, and talking to someone is a helpful way to start to make sense of it all. By working together and talking about your experiences, we can think about what these feelings may mean for you. I offer a thoughtful and confidential space where you can feel at ease to talk about your experiences. Our sessions will be online for 50 minutes weekly, on both a short-term and long-term basis. Whether you come with a specific focus in mind or wish to explore whatever thoughts or feelings emerge, I welcome whatever you may wish to bring. Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. If you're curious to learn more about how we might work together or if you have any questions, please reach out for an initial chat. I'm here to help you explore whether this feels like the right space for you.
