About me

Negative thought cycles can be debilitating as they are exhausting. These thoughts of pessimism, self-doubt, and hopelessness not only drain mental energy but also impede daily functioning, contributing to a wider array of mental health issues. So as a CBT therapist we can work on practical techniques for managing a wide range of issues, breaking negative cycles and developing effective coping strategies to build mental resilience. As a team we can create inner boundaries as a powerful tool for strengthening mental health and enhancing overall well-being. In this fast-paced modern world things can get overwhelming and sometimes a person just needs a non-judgemental and affirming space to explore and make sense of their thoughts and emotions, and I provide that place. I believe that all people have the ability to tap into their own inner therapist and sometimes all it takes is the right environment and to learn to trust their own inner wisdom. My role is to help clients uncover their inner wisdom by creating a safe and supportive environment and to empower clients on the journey of healing and personal growth.
