About me
Therapy: You might be feeling stuck or overwhelmed right now. Maybe stress and anxiety have started to take over, or you find yourself caught in comparisons or questioning where you truly belong. These feelings can be heavy, and you don’t have to carry them alone. Whatever you're facing, I’m here to offer you a space where you won’t be reduced to a diagnosis. Instead, your experiences will be seen and understood in the context of your life: your past, your present, and what matters most to you. Whether you want to focus on something specific or explore things more broadly, we’ll shape the process together in a way that feels right for you. Our work can happen in the room, remotely, or even outdoors in nature. Whichever way we meet, my approach is collaborative and I’m interested in you as a whole person. And we’ll follow your pace, as each therapeutic journey is unique. While conversation and stories are central, I might also invite you - if it feels helpful - to explore things through images, metaphors, body awareness, or visualization. This will be your space to speak freely and be met with warmth, curiosity, and care. My hope is to support you in making sense of your experiences, discovering new resources, and reconnecting with a sense of freedom and choice in your life. Well-being/personal development: I also facilitate small group events for wellness and personal growth and to encourage people to reconnect with nature and community. The experiences I run are mindful, embodied and relational and my style of facilitation is grounded, intuitive and playful. Check my website to learn more.
