About me

Hi I'm Kate and I love working with people individually and as couples to break unhealthy relationship cycles so you can feel valued, heard and cared for in your relationships. Relationships can be great sources of joy and connection, but they can also bring pain and uncertainty. If you're stuck repeating the same patterns and unsure how to make changes I can help. You might be feeling resentful of carrying the mental load, or criticised and nothing you do is good enough. You might be too touched out for intimacy, or finding yourself repeating the same arguments, when all you want is to feel closer to your loved ones.  If this sounds like you I can work with you to:  - Communicate and be heard without criticism or shutdown. - Reignite intimacy (even while raising kids). - Heal old patterns so you can show up differently for yourself and those you care about. When you're relationships are struggling, it can feel embarrassing or like you're failing. You're not alone in feeling like this, I've worked with many people just like you and helped them to feel heard, understood and valued in their relationships. Get in touch today and lets get started together.
