About me

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from person-centred and psychodynamic models to create a holistic and compassionate approach. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together at your pace to explore what’s on your mind and in your heart. In our sessions, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship, as I believe this is key to making lasting change. We’ll explore how past experiences might be influencing your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, as well as look at how you can start making positive shifts in your life. Areas I specialise in: • Anxiety & stress: Helping you develop healthier coping strategies and tools to manage overwhelming emotions. • Low self-esteem & confidence: Exploring the roots of self-doubt and empowering you to build self-worth. • Relationship issues: Whether it’s romantic, family, or work-related, we can explore dynamics that might be causing you distress. • Life transitions: Navigating changes like career shifts, loss, or personal growth can feel challenging. Together, we can help you adapt and find clarity. • Depression & emotional well-being: Understanding your emotional experiences and exploring ways to improve your mental health. How I work: I work collaboratively, meaning the pace and direction of therapy is guided by you. Whether you’re looking for deeper insight into your past or want to focus on practical tools for the present, I am here to support you. My approach is rooted in respect, empathy, and understanding, and I encourage open communication about your needs and goals throughout our work together.

Training and qualifications

I am a qualified Level 5 Integrative Psychotherapist with training from Chrysalis Ltd. My therapeutic approach integrates Person-Centred and Psychodynamic models, allowing me to tailor my work to meet the individual needs of each client. These approaches foster a compassionate, non-judgmental space while also exploring the deeper unconscious patterns that can influence our thoughts and behaviors. My training has equipped me with the skills to work with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions, helping them navigate personal growth and develop resilience. I work with clients in a collaborative way, respecting their autonomy and empowering them to make meaningful changes. I believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore and heal at their own pace.
