About me

I use an integrative approach to help you to gain insight in to who you are, what is troubling you and gain new perspectives on how to overcome the problems you are facing. I will work with you to overcome the problems which are holding you back, to feel stronger and to help you on your journey towards a happier sense of self. My approach is trauma-informed. I have worked extensively with people affected by sexual abuse. I currently work in a hospital setting with people affected by cancer. I have a special interest in trauma and working with people towards growth, healing and self transformation. I can help with depression, anxiety, bereavement, chronic illness, health related issues, childhood abuse, cancer, abuse, body image, attachment, trauma, stress, relationship issues, self esteem
