Training and qualifications

I am a highly qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor with a Diploma Level 4 in Therapeutic Counselling and extensive training in CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, and somatic healing. My expertise includes attachment issues, emotional regulation, anxiety, and trauma, with a strong focus on integrative approaches that incorporate mindfulness and body-based strategies. With experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), the education sector, and the finance industry, I understand workplace stress, high-pressure environments, and the emotional impact of corporate settings. My background in HR, mental health, and the charity sector further enriches my ability to support diverse clients. I am currently deepening my knowledge in somatic and neurobiological strategies for healing self-loathing and transgenerational trauma. As a supervisor, I also mentor other professionals in their practice. My therapy dog, Ember, brings a calming and supportive presence to sessions, making therapy a more engaging and healing experience.
