About me
My aim is to provide you with a safe, compassionate and confidential space so you feel comfortable to talk about things that are on your mind and make sense of difficult feelings. Whilst we are each unique, we can all struggle at times. I believe we are all capable of growth, given the right conditions, and that supportive relationships and connection help us to heal and flourish. I am experienced in a wide range of emotional and relationship difficulties and work one to one with individuals over the age of 18. Some of the things I can help with are: Anxiety and panic attacks, health anxiety, depression and low mood, self-criticism, anger, trauma childhood and complex, childhood trauma and complex trauma, relationship problems, family issues including estrangement, loss, bereavement, depression, work related stress and low self-worth. The relationship between therapist and client is vital and our initial appointment will give you an opportunity to talk about your concerns and experience how we might work together. I offer short term counselling (6 to 12 sessions) or longer term and ongoing therapy. We can discuss your requirements and aims in our initial assessment session and review these together regularly. I have an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Roehampton University.
