About me
As a somatically trained psychotherapist, I work in an integrated way with the mind and body. I see therapy as a collaborative working relationship that helps people drive lasting change. We would spend time at the consultation and opening session deciding on the best approach for you. How we work depends on your issues and desired outcomes. How we might integrate a body based/somatic approach is a conversation. I specialise in working with anxiety, have additional training in working alongside neurodivergent clients and have developed a robust and effective approach to relationship therapy.
