About me
Welcome to my profile! I am an integrative therapist, offering coaching, counselling and psychotherapy to adult clients via video and telephone. I work with individual clients and couples, and welcome clients from all backgrounds, regardless of race, ethnicity, culture, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability. I aim to provide a professional and comfortable environment where you will feel welcome, where you can talk about your thoughts and feelings in confidence, achieve deeper insight into yourself, your problems and your life, and where you can identify and work towards making positive changes that will enhance your overall sense of wellbeing. As an integrative therapist I use a combination of different types of therapy, tailored to suit the unique needs and preferences of each individual client. Rather than focusing solely on mental or emotional health I adopt a holistic approach, recognizing that the psychological, physical, spiritual, social and environmental aspects of life are interconnected, and that problems in one area of life can affect all the others. I have helped clients with a wide variety of issues - please see my website www.arborvitaetherapy.co.uk for full details. I offer a 30-minute initial consultation - with no obligation and completely free of charge - which gives us the opportunity to meet each other and decide if we can work together. I won’t ask you to book any appointments at the initial consultation. Instead I will aim to provide you with all the information you need to take away and think about before coming to a decision. If you decide you would like to work with me, you can then contact me by telephone or e-mail to book your first session.
