About me

I work as a mentor for a charity called Young Minds Matter supporting children and young people in a local secondary school as well as online. I’m a volunteer and trustee of a local wellbeing centre supporting clients struggling with mental health issues in our community. Whether you're navigating neurodiverse conditions like ADHD, maybe feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, dealing with relationship issues, employment or health problems, or any form of personal loss, I’m here as a person-centred counsellor, offering a completely confidential non-judgemental, supportive space to talk. My approach is tailored to each individual, recognising that everyone’s journey is unique. As a person-centred counsellor, I believe in putting you at the heart of our sessions, working at your pace and in a way that feels right for you. With flexible appointment options — both online and in person — I offer counselling in Redditch, Studley and Henley in Arden, as well as online sessions. If you are currently facing challenges related to neurodiversity or anxiety relating to life stresses, I can offer a compassionate hand to hold along the way. I believe in building a supportive relationship together, it really is a joint enterprise.
