I'm Sarah an NLP and Multiple Brain Coach and Trainer.

I'm passionate about helping leaders, coaches, educators and people who help others to optimise themselves, so they can lead, motivate and inspire others. I teach the tools and techniques of NLP, Positive psychology and the neuroscience of your multiple brains to enable individuals, teams and organisations to thrive and flourish. 

I offer 1-1 coaching and deliver training at my training venue in Blackpool, online and within organisations.  I deliver wellbeing training, communication and team development, motivation and leadership skills. 

As a certified NLP and multiple brain trainer you can train with me to become a certified NLP and/or mBIT coach. I also offer supervision to coaches, leaders and educators to help them enhance their skills and practice. 

I have an online membership community where you can access personal development training every week to enhance all areas of your life.
