About me

Change is constant. The business world is constantly evolving, and you need to be able to adapt quickly in order to stay ahead of the curve. But change can be difficult, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next.

As an executive, you know that success is not easy. You have to be smart, driven, and resilient. But even with all of your hard work, you may still feel like something is missing. You may feel like you're not living your best life, or that you're not reaching your full potential.

If this sounds like you, know that you don't have to go it alone. That's where I come in. I know what it's like to feel stuck and unsure of what to do next. I've been there myself. I'm now a coach who specialises in helping board executives navigate change. I can help you identify your goals, develop a plan to achieve them, and overcome any obstacles that come your way. With my help, you can reach your full potential and make a real difference in the world.

My Coaching Approach. My coaching work combines my knowledge and understanding of the banking and corporate sectors, with my training and practice in the clinical sector. I encourage people to gain a broader perspective on their lives and work with them to optimise their understanding of themselves and their abilities.

I think that everyone has the potential to achieve great things. I believe that by working together, we can identify your strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and develop a plan to achieve them. I am a results-oriented coach who is committed to helping you reach your full potential. Here are some of the benefits of working with me:

  •  Increase your self-awareness. I can help you to become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and motivations. This can improve your decision making and allow you to live a more authentic life.
  • Develop your leadership skills. As a coach I can help you to develop the skills you need to be an effective leader. This includes skills such as communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
  • Build your confidence. Coaching can help you to build your confidence and belief in yourself.

Training and qualifications

I am an existential and transformative executive coach. I am also a qualified psychotherapist and a clinical supervisor.

My background. I have 30 years of experience in the business world. I began my career in investment banking, where I held senior roles in equities research and portfolio risk strategy. I then moved into the world of think tanks, working as a senior economist and political analyst for The Economist Intelligence Unit. More recently, I spent a decade as an existential psychotherapist and clinical supervisor.
