I’m a coach and psychotherapist and as a Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) with over 10 year’s teaching experience, I also have a plethora of knowledge and understanding regarding mindfulness, meditation and body & mind connection. Additionally, my training as a dancer effectively compliments the tools of grounding and body awareness needed for everyday optimal living.

My coaching, therapy and consulting agency - The Creative Genius primarily helps creatives shift from feeling dis-empowered and uninspired to courageously connecting with their intuitive self. From a place of truth, you’ll build confidence, channel your inner power and fine-tune your creativity by learning how to manage your emotions, understand your behaviour and powerfully make the shifts you want.
