I help by providing an independent ear for you to voice any difficulties with relationships at home, work or wider environment. You may be experiencing an enforced transition or one you are looking forward to. You need to make important decisions. There may be many pressures you are facing alone. I can provide a trusted thinking partner for you to find a way forward

I help you to think more clearly about the things that matter to you and that matter to those you care about. I provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore what is around for you.

I have no agenda other than to provide you with the space and time to think. As a thinking partner, I am independent of your organisation and provide an "unvarnished" opportunity for you to hear yourself think and to feel, what may at times be uncomfortable feelings.

I provide a safe space which supports your creativity. I am a resource for you to gain a different and fresh perspective to take you forward. I provide other resources for you to incorporate into your life to sustain the change you seek.

Through our relationships change happens. The coaching process I use is called CLEAR

Contract - we agree our working relationship and what you wish to explore

Listen - active listening to the whole context of your situation including your relationships

Explore - we look at the issue from multiple perspectives

Action - we agree what you will do differently in the here and now

Review - this is ongoing from the first to the last session to acknowledge progress
