Hello!  I am Johanna and I’m a highly experienced Chartered Manager who uses a blend of coaching and mentoring to help others reach peak performance.  I focus on the psychology of our performance, so our mindset, rather than our skillsets.  This means I tend to spend most of my time helping people with issues such as stress, conflict, confidence and lost mojos!

I’m quite straightforward and not so much of a ‘fluffy’ coach.  I’m a mix between Wendy Rhoades and Dr Gus from the TV show Billions!  I’m sympathetic and empathetic but will also keep us on target, on time, and on track.  People who come to me like the structure and discipline I bring to our conversations.  

I'm ex-Royal Navy and have had my fair share of highly stressful situations that have tested my confidence and caused me stress!  And it's these experiences that I draw upon when working with my clients.  

In terms of my experience, it's really varied.  I’ve helped leaders pass the promotion interview for the next level.  Dozens of individuals prepare for recruitment interviews.  Senior executives make the transition to the next high power job.  Franchise owners lead without Formal or Legitimate Power.  Financial advisers hit their ambitious targets.  And dozens of folks just simply get out of their own way!  And I love it!
