Christos Halkiopoulos
Business, Relationship, and Life CoachingAbout me
Having taught psychology at just about any level, I went on to specialise in Organisational and Coaching Psychology. Decades after my first engagement with this amazing subject, I still find myself intensely interested in helping people clarify their values and priorities and pursue their goals, whatever they are, at the highest possible motivational levels. As a highly experienced BPS-Chartered Coaching Psychologist, I rely only on evidence-based approaches and, of course, on the quality of the relationship I build with my clients. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused and positive psychology-based coaching. I always explain to my clients the approaches which may be appropriate for them and we work together to decide on the best course of action. Experienced in all the areas I have listed, I have spend a lot of time helping students and educators with motivational, performance and well-being issues.
