Since I was a young child, I have been interested and passionate about self-development, growth, our drive, ambition and overall health and wellbeing. Furthermore, through working through the many life transitions I have experienced, whether in life, my career or other, I have learnt the value of not only being coached, but also being equipped with the right skills and tools to support you no matter what happens in life. Because as we all know the only real constant we have is change. 

Therefore as a coach that is my goal - not just to support you in whatever you are experiencing but also to help equip you with all you need to have the confidence and self-awareness to handle everything life may throw your way whether it be in a personal or professional context.

My experience has seen me work through 15+ years in the Professional Services Sector, where I started as a Chartered Accountant and migrated through Tax and Advisory services, landing firmly in Management Consulting where I spent just over a decade. Whilst I worked and travelled the Globe my eyes were opened to the impacts that our working lives can have on us and our overall wellbeing - hence why I now am a Corporate Leader in the Health & Wellbeing and DEI space. Therefore, for me it is important to dedicate my coaching work to supporting individuals whereever they are in their lives and careers - wer are always in transition and looking to grow, change and / or develop.
