I have worked as a coach for organisations and with individuals for twelve years, typically focusing on managing change, pressure and growth. As an experienced coach, I bring my training and experiences to the coaching relationship and started working with clients online nearly ten years ago as this flexibility suited some of their situations. I have worked with coaches in my own professional life and respect the support and clarity that this can provide. I also work with an experienced supervisor and attend regular trainings for my continued professional development.

I've held several leadership roles in my earlier career as Global Vice President (Corporate Communications agency), Director (global NGOs and marketing agencies) and Chief Operating Officer (Corporate Foundation) and understand the challenges and stresses of leadership and responsibility. I have successfully made three significant career changes and worked in several different countries, while balancing the changes in my personal and family life that each required.
