Psychotherapy is an opportunity for you to have deep conversations about problems you face in life, with the aim being to understand better. We are all affected by our experiences but are not always able to explore or understand their impact.
It has become more and more difficult to have the kind of relationships where those conversations can occur. I will work with you to create an environment conducive to talking, sharing and exploring, gradually coming to an understanding of your life and problems. Bafflement, pain and despair may dissipate as you start to understand yourself.
You might want to work on the infuriating, negative internal conversations you have as you go about your daily life. Perhaps, your relationships or career do not provide the satisfaction you would like or you might be troubled by significant and recurring patterns of behaviour or addictions.

Fees
My charges are £70 per 50 minute session. I charge for any missed sessions but try and offer an alternative within the same week in cases of emergency. The possibility of low-cost therapy will be negotiated when we meet.
