Tarun Pamneja Psychodynamic psychotherapist , EC1M
Psychotherapy is an opportunity for you to have deep conversation about problems with aspects of your life, with the aim being to understand.
In our society, it has become more and more difficult to have the kind of relationships where those conversations can occur. I will work with you to create an environment where it's possible to talk, share and explore, gradually coming to an understanding of your life and problems. Bafflement, pain and despair may dissipate as you start to work to understand yourself.
You might want to work on those infuriating, negative internal conversations you have as you go about your daily life. Your relationships or career may not provide as much satisfaction as you would like. You might be aware of significant and recurring patterns of behaviour or addictions in your life that you need help with.
Psychotherapy is a different sort of partnership where the focus is on you. You and I will work together within this professional relationship specifically to understand the confusions of your life so that change can occur. I urge you to take the chance to see if it could work for you.
