About Me

About me

I am a professionally trained and qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist in private practice located in the City close to Bank, Monument and Mansion House Underground Stations. It is also about 10 minutes walk from London Bridge Station. I offer both short-term and longer term once weekly sessions in a comfortable and quiet consulting room.

My experience

I have over ten years experience working with clients having difficulty in relationships, suffering from anxiety and stress, depression and loss, issues with sexuality and problems at work. I also have extensive experience working with clients with issues of addiction and mental illness.

How does counselling/ psychotherapy work?

We meet face to face for fifty minutes at the same day and time once a week. You may wish to talk about something/ issues that you would rather not to share with your family and friends during the session. We can explore these together to help you to understand more about them.
