Saff Mitten
CounsellorAbout Me
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist experienced in working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, confidence, self esteem, work problems and many more.
Most of us experience times in our lives where events or circumstances arise that are challenging, painful, confusing or difficult and we could probably benefit from outside help and support from someone other than friends or family. At such times, therapy could be of real benefit, whether short or longer term.
My integrative approach means I am skilled in working with a number of therapeutic disciplines. As a result I offer flexibility and am able to tailor the way I work to meet your individual needs, rather than being prescriptive. Beyond this, in all the work that I do, I seek to provide a warm, supportive, non-judgemental and collaborative space to help you explore, make sense of, and successfully work through the particular issues you are facing.
My overall aim is to help you work through the issues that brought you to see me and for you to leave therapy feeling happier, more self aware and more at ease in your life.
If what I do sounds of interest to you and you would like to arrange an initial consultation to see if we might work well together, please get in touch. Or you can visit my website if you want to find out more information about me, my experience and background.
