Polly Plowman
IntegrativeAbout Me
Counselling and psychotherapy are fundamentally about having a more enriching quality of life.
I aim to accompany you in exploring your difficulties, devising new strategies, and developing through this a deeper sense of meaning in your life.
I have over 30 years experience as a therapist and in that time I have learned not to pre-judge the uniqueness of each person I work with. I don't specialise or use specific therapeutic techniques, but instead, through dialogue, I seek to discover the opportunities that may lie within the problems that generally push us into deeper understanding of ourselves.
In working with me you might:
- Learn to set better boundaries and have happier, healthier relationships
- Build your confidence and sense of worth as a person
- Understand and transform block and entrenched patterns in your life
- Find a way through and out of depression, anxiety or grief
- Discover a clearer sense of direction and purpose
