I have over 14 years of post qualification experience, and originally came from a background in Social Work.  

I am registered with U.K.C.P. and abide by the codes and ethics of this organisation.

As a psychotherapist I have worked in a Psychiatric Hospital and a G.P. practise, and I have experience not only working with individuals, but also facilitating groups on anger and eating disorders.  I also offer supervision to trainees and qualified therapists.

My aim is to offer a space where you are able to think about your situation and difficulties, whatever they might be and to take your time to make important, maybe life changing, decisions.  What ever your difficulty, be it relationship problems, bereavement and loss, childhood trauma including abuse of any kind or anxiety and this list is by no means complete I do believe that it can help to talk.

I also understand that sometimes it is hard to even know what is actually bothering you, it might be a 'niggling feeling' which you can't pinpoint and because of that it can sometimes act as a deterrent causing you to maybe feel that really you have nothing to complain about.  Please do not be put off by that, as coming to me is not about complaining it is taking yourself seriously, which I will do also.
