I am a Relationship Counsellor offering counselling to couples and individuals who may need help with their relationship. I am a professionally trained and fully qualified counsellor specialising in relationships and couples. I am experienced in working with all aspects of relationships issues.

I started my career as a management consultant within the Financial Services industry. I sought couples counselling as a client many years ago and found the experience so enlightening and helpful that when the time came for a career change becoming a relationship therapist was the obvious choice for me.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Relationship Therapy from the Relate Institute (validated by the University of Hull) and work as a Relate Counsellor from the Kingston and Richmond Relate Centre.

I am trained in several therapeutic approaches such as systemic, psychodynamic and narrative therapy and use an integrative approach tailored to the needs of my clients.

I am a Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their code of conduct and ethics. I am a Registered Counsellor on the Voluntary Accredited BACP Register.
