Dr Natalie Raiher Integrative psychologist , NW6

Welcome. My name is Natalie and I am a Chartered Psychologist, with over twelve years of experience in providing psychological support and therapy to adults and adolescents at moments of crisis and stuck-ness.

While I am more widely known for my work with burnout and stress, I enjoy working with the full range of human experiences, including anxiety and depression, relationship problems, eating problems and pre-and post-natal issues. I see people for both short-term and long-term therapy.

I support individuals both in making sense of uncomfortable emotions and behaviours, and with practical tools and techniques to manage and change these. I do not believe that one size fits all, and work integratively, using a variety of approaches to tailor each course of therapy to the specific needs of each client. Some of the approaches I use include CBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, DBT and mindfulness.

My aim is to create a safe and playful space where people can deepen their understanding of the patterns in their lives, increase their resources, and build resilience - where they can heal, experiment and grow and ultimately lead more fulfilling lives that are aligned with their values and aspirations.

My career has spanned NHS, private and community settings in the UK and abroad, and has included inpatient and outpatient facilities. I currently divide my time between The Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone and my private practice.

I am registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and I am an accredited member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
