I am a BACP Accredited Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, coming initially from a background of championing inclusion through the arts.

I believe that we all develop a view of ourselves, our worth and how we fit in society, by absorbing key messages from our early environment that shape how we feel about ourselves and our potential.

I believe that the relationship a counsellor and client create is key to a successful outcome and ensure to provide a compassionate, warm and non judgemental space where you are free to explore past and present issues that have led to unhelpful and challenging experiences of life that you hope to transform.
