I have worked as a psychotherapist for 11 years- first with Herts County Council with young people aged 13-19 years in schools and colleges and in the community. For the last five years I have managed a private practice. My training is in solution focused therapy which focuses primarily on changes and the future rather than the past and problems which most clients find helpful and refreshing. I also believe in short-term work so typically changes are made in 6-8 sessions. I have seen repeated success with this way of working. I have worked successfully with a range of problems that my clients bring and they have reported positive changes in their lives.

I work from consulting rooms in a Complemetary Heath centre. I currently work evenings only but can do Friday pms. There is plenty of available parking and Royston is on several bus routes.
