I have had a range of experience as a therapist first with Hertfordshire County Council with young people aged 13-19 years in schools and colleges and in the community. For the last five years I have managed a private practice. My training is in solution focused therapy which focuses primarily on changes and the future rather than the past and problems which most clients find helpful and refreshing. I also believe in short-term work so typically meaningful changes are made in 6-8 sessions. I can work successfully with a range of problems that my clients bring and they notice positive changes in their lives and progress towards their goals.
