Hi! I'm a Human Givens counsellor (Professional Standards Accredited) and have worked in Aberystwyth for several years with a wide range of people and their different requirements. I really enjoy seeing my clients moving on and regaining control over their lives .

 The  approach that everyone should leave feeling better than when they came in, is the most effective, and also that - together we can fan the flames of hope that may get dimmed by personal circumstances.

My own interests colour my work, I love the outdoors, walking, gardening, swimming, travelling and also singing and dancing and reading , when I have time.

My ambition is to see the provision of good mental health services being available for everyone in the Aberystwyth area, and to this end I am in the process of setting up an ongoing self-help course to enable people to learn how to manage the all too common issues of anxiety and depression.

I am also a qualified and highly experienced teacher of the Alexander Technique which is an invaluable tool for improving our lives.
