I offer individual psychotherapy for adults in Surbiton on an open ended basis, meaning that the number of sessions depends on each client’s individual needs and requirements. 

I understand that life can sometimes feel challenging or overwhelming for any number of reasons including a life event, such as a bereavement or relationship breakdown or a recurring life issue such as depression or anxiety. You may feel stuck in life, alone or it may feel difficult to even pinpoint the cause of your distress. I can offer the space to explore your feelings in a confidential, non-judgemental setting.  

Together we will build a therapeutic relationship with which we can explore your difficulties making links to past experiences that will lead to a greater understanding and insight freeing. I believe that the roots to our struggles today lies in our past and by gaining a deeper understanding of this, insight can be achieved that can trigger change, hope and new ways of being.
