As a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor with many years of experience helping clients just like yourself to a happier, healthier life. I can help you to understand yourself and your motivations and to value yourself to make better choices and find better ways to interact with others and to live your life the way you would like to. I can help individuals, couples and families and I work face to face in Stowmarket, or via Skype (face to face, text), telephone or by exchange of emails
