I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and coach and have a wealth of experience in working 1:1 with individuals, while maintaining the highest ethical standards.  There are challenging times in everyone's life and talking through these issues can help to gain a fresh perspective and work through next steps.  My style is warm, compassionate and confidential.  I focus on exploring with clients the issues they face and also how to deepen self-awareness so that they do not get caught up in unhelpful patterns from their past.
